The Ineffable

In the last five years, I have been moving  in and out of seasons of extreme doubt and aridity alternating with times when I know, that I know, that I know  the Ineffable is there, waiting for me -- waiting for us -- and, moreover,  that belief is stronger than it ever was before those seasons of doubt and aridity became a regular fixture in my life.

There are times when something muffles my hallelujah into, "Thank The-God-Who-Might -Possibly-Be-There, It's Sunday."

And there are the times when there is not any kind of hallelujah at all to be muffled.

Note, this post has been updated in the post, The Ineffable, More to Say About, Ironically.
